At Bright Horse our recruitment process starts with Attitude, Attitude, Attitude! Looking for those individuals with an in-built service ethos, combined with intelligence and an ambition to succeed. We then teach them the practical and technical skills required to deliver service excellence.

As a minimum, our analysts will have the following skills:

– Apprenticeship/Graduate qualified
ITIL Foundation
Service Management Simulation
– Microsoft Technical Skills
Customer Service skills

Rates are dependant on individual client requirements and technical skills required but start from £155 per day + VAT. Service Desk resourcing placements must be for a minimum of 8 weeks to enable us to properly induct and embed the analysts into your organisation.

In addition, for placements of 5 or more analysts, clients can take advantage of our supernumerary concept*, where we will invest an extra resource in your team providing you an additional analyst to cover leave, sickness and training ensuring that you always have cover when you need it.
