We are now looking to recruit for several customer facing roles in our fast growing Nexthink Practice; to consult, deploy, manage and support Nexthink implementations and customers.

Consultant Job Description

The Nexthink consultant role is customer facing and provides consulting and expertise pre, during and post implementation of Nexthink, including:

• Analysis of the customer needs, goals, strategic plans in order to advise the best use of Nexthink;
• Integrating Nexthink into existing customer processes to maximize usage and value;
• Planning and delivering the deployment of the solution; including the installation and configuration of the server and reporting components in line with the agreed architecture;
• Identifying and delivering against agreed use cases so that Nexthink is successfully operationalized inside of the client organization;
• Educating and empowering the client to take full advantage of the Nexthink solution, so that the solution is fully adopted; assist with development
• Providing guidance and best practice to the customer for a centre of excellence in order to operate the Nexthink platform and maximise value including our Managed Services Centre
• Preparing all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related;
• Acting where necessary as the lead consultant for the project and performing project management roles
• Seeking to continuously improve how we drive the adoption of the solution and create incremental customer value;
• Following up with the customers to ensure the solution is well implemented, and successfully used by the customers.
• Coordinate and communicate about all aspects of the project with other teams, such as Sales, Consultancy, Management and Support
• Improve Customer and partner satisfaction
• Write Services documentation
• Contribute to our Online Customer Community by publishing articles, posts, etc
• Contribute to our Consulting Practice Initiatives by creating materials, train other consultants etc

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting/project position
• Extensive technical knowledge across a broad spectrum (especially IT Service Management related)
• Background or exposure to ITSM environments and ITIL®
• Background in IT Support/ServiceDesk leadership
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to Digital Transformation projects, preferably End-User related
• Exposure and awareness of cloud deployments (e.g. Architecture, Security (SSO), API’s)
• Good knowledge of IT operations
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to articulate business value to senior stakeholders
• Ability to collect customer feedback, understand customer pain points, devise suitable solutions
• Excellent communication, customer facing and teamwork skills
• Exceptional analytical skills; outstanding communication and teamwork skills, social awareness
• Enthusiasm
• General awareness of the current industry security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDRP, NIST)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications
• Practical knowledge of SQL DB Technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL® beneficial

Product Specialist – Job Description

Our Nexthink Product Specialist is a customer facing role to provide implementation and support expertise for Nexthink implementations and customers. Key activities of this role include:

• Deploying and implementing the Nexthink Solution
• Integrating Nexthink into existing customer processes and other technologies
• Planning and delivering the deployment of the solution; including the installation and configuration of the server and reporting components in line with the agreed architecture;
• Identifying and delivering against agreed use cases so that Nexthink is successfully operationalized inside of the client organization;
• Educating and empowering the client to take full advantage of the Nexthink solution, so that the solution is fully adopted; assist with the development,
• Supporting all Nexthink implementations and customers ensuring that their installation is continuing to meet the business need
• Managing customer Nexthink implementations both remotely and on-site ensuring that the customer maximises their investment in the technology
• Following up with the customers to ensure the solution is well implemented, and successfully used by the customers.
• Coordinate and communicate about all aspects of the implementation to relevant parties
• Improve Customer and partner satisfaction
• Write Services documentation
• Contribute to our Online Customer Community by publishing articles, posts, etc
• Contribute to our business by creating materials, initiatives and plans

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support / Project environment
• Good technical knowledge across a broad spectrum (especially IT Service Management related)
• Background or exposure to ITSM environments and ITIL®
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding and experience of IT support processes
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to articulate technical points to a variety of audiences
• Excellent communication, customer facing and teamwork skills
• Good analytical skills
• Enthusiasm
• General awareness of the current industry trends
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications
